Our Plans Overview is your one-stop shop to see all your plans in a single, easy-to-navigate interface and instantly access key metrics to help you stay on top of all your clients’ accounts.
You can easily access your Plans Overview directly from any of your Trackingplan dashboards. For it, just click the Trackingplan logo in the top left corner of the interface, or simply hit the “See all my plans” button in your environments selector.
Designed to give you more control and visibility over all your plans and ensure you stay informed about critical issues, here’s a breakdown of everything you’ll be able to see and do in it:
Access Key Metrics at a Glance
Efficiently monitor and manage all your plans from a centralized view, staying informed about key data without needing to access each individual panel.
- Dates: Easily track when each of your plans was created and the date of the most recent updates.
- Starred Items with Warnings: Quickly identify how many of your plans have critical starred items that require your attention.
- Unread Warnings: Keep track of any warnings that haven’t been addressed yet, so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Active Warnings: Monitor ongoing issues to ensure they are being resolved promptly.
Get Instant Status Indicators
Status indicators allow you to quickly understand the current state of each plan. Here are the main statuses you’ll encounter:
Pending installation
: Plans that are awaiting setup.

Warming up
: After installing Trackingplan, our algorithm will automatically start discovering and documenting all the traffic your clients are sending to all their analytics, product, and marketing stack. This serves as a learning phase for Trackingplan to collect all the necessary data to understand what each piece of data means, identify patterns, detect anomalies, and automatically connect dots to create value from data that was hidden in plain sight. As you sit back as we automatically create your client’s dashboard, our Plan Overview will mark the plan as 'Warming up'.

Pinned Plans
You can customize the Plans Overview by pinning specific plans to the top for quick and easy access. This feature is fully customizable on a per-user basis, meaning that only the plans you choose to pin will appear in your overview.
Create new ones effortlessly
Your Plans Overview also allows you to create new plans, making it easier to expand your client portfolio without missing a beat. This also removes the need for the initial signup onboarding to get you up and running faster.
Access Plan Settings (only for admins)
Access and manage everything you need for your plan directly from Trackingplan’s Plans Overview.
- Easily invite new members to collaborate on plans.
- Control who will receive Daily Digest for each of your plans
- Customize your plan's alias or group.
Create groups
Plans can be categorized into groups to improve organization. This feature offers flexible configurations:
- By vertical: For example, by industry sector such as “eCommerce” or “Media”.
- By client: Group plans by specific clients (e.g., Zalando's Android, Zalando Web).
- By team or analyst: Organize plans by team members in charge (e.g., Kate’s or Mike’s plans).
Search Plans
Finding specific plans is straightforward with the Search Plans feature. Search by plan alias or TPID to instantly access the relevant data, ensuring quick and easy retrieval of the information you need.
