Trackingplan | Mute Warnings

If there are less critical warnings that you don’t want to tackle for the moment, Trackingplan offers you the option to mute them. This will allow you to focus only on those warnings that have a higher priority or are affecting a crucial funnel in your customer journey.

Let’s give an example:

Maybe you already know why the event has had fewer daily hits and that it will go back to normality in the next few days, so let’s click directly on it.

Doing this will redirect us to Trackingplan’s Warning Management View. From there, simply click on the icon below. You’ll find it on top of your Warning Sidebar panel.

Muted warnings won’t appear in your Daily Digest or your Health Summary, and you will always have the option to unmute them.
