Mute Warnings
If there are warnings that are less important and you don’t want to tackle them for the moment, Trackingplan offers you the option to mute them. This will allow you to focus only on those warnings that have a higher priority or are affecting a crucial funnel in your customer journey.
Let’s see it in more detail through the example below. As seen, the event Page View has observed a total of 3 warnings.
Maybe you already know why the event has had fewer daily hits and that it will go back to normality in the next few days, so you can unmute this specific warning by hovering over the warning and clicking on the speaker icon below.
However, if you don’t know the reason for your traffic declines, you can click directly on the warning to open Trackingplan’s Pages Report. This will allow you to see the specific pages on which your events occur to quickly spot trends and identify which pages are not performing as they should.
In case you decide to mute all the warnings found in an event, the event won’t disappear from your dashboard, but it will appear in gray at the end of all your other events.
